Darth Vader visits Disneyland
Many Star Wars fans have cried foul with Disney's recent purchase of Lucasfilm, and the announcement of an Episode VII. But that didn't stop Disney from opening their doors to the dark lord and allowing him and a couple Stormtroopers to visit Disneyland.

R2D2 Lego Kit
R2D2 becomes the latest addition to the LEGO Ultimate Collector series. The kit stands over a 12" tall and is 7" wide. Made of 2100 pieces, the R2D2 kit includes R2′s signature retractable third leg, pop-out computer interface and circular saw blade in the chest.
Releasing in May, the kit will retial for $180 USD.

One thing that has ALWAYS amazed me is the creation of worlds & galaxys in the minds of directors and how they put them on film. I have always had a vivid imagination, but most of the time it stayed just within my imagination. I was never able to transfer them from my mind. Adidas x Star Wars Fall 2011 Footwear
The collab between Adidas & Star Wars continues this fall with some very detailed pieces that pay tribute to the classic film, its iconic characters & locations.
This fall's collection features some very detailed pieces along with some pieces that are quite simple.
Its not easy to please sneakerheads or fan boys. I think this years collection can make both groups happy and provides fodder for chats in bothe fan circles/forums

On October 26, Lucas Arts will release Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II; a video game centered around the Master/Apprentice relationship between Darth Vader and Starkiller. With the release of the video game, Complex has teamed up with Lucas Arts and G-Shock to give-away two very exclusive watches.

Adidas x Star Wars: Hans Solo SL-72
Adidas continues their strong releases from their collab with Star Wars. You may remember the first releases from this project that came out at the beginning of this year.
A couple weeks ago, these arrived to my attention thanks to Josh at Adidas. It's no secret that I am a Star Wars fan, as it was the definition of my childhood.
As a kid, I always wanted to be Luke Skywalker; but with age & time, I began to realize that Han Solo was the man to be.. He's badass, he has a wicked ride; and he gets the girl.. Plus Harrison Ford? Dude was Han Solo AND Indiana Jones...
Now these shoes are any fanboy's fantasy; but what really blew me away is the presentation of these shoes. The first thing you notice is that this is no ordinary Adidas shoe box. The artwork on the box brings back many film memories. But once you open the box, the shoe is simulated to be frozen in carbonite, just like the epic scene in Empire Strikes Back. The boys at Adidas thought of everything.
Now I'm not sure if the '77 is supposed to represent the release date of Star Wars IV: A New Hope; but seeing as the inspiration for this shoe comes from The Empire Strikes Back, which was released in 1980. But I won't complain, as my number is '77..
Of course, this is the image Adidas would put on the tongue...
I don't think these shoes will ever see the light of day, as they are way to nice to ruin... Tahnks again to to Josh & Adidas.
