On May 13th, 1991, De La Soul released their follow up to their classic debut album, 3 Feet High & Rising, with an effort to shake off the hippie image by being a bit more edgy on De la Soul Is Dead.
While many overlook this album when talking about De La Soul, it was one of the first albums to receive a five mic rating in The Source.
psychology pays homage to De La Soul Is Dead by dusting off some classic vinyl and putting together a "eulogy" for De La Soul & the influence they have had over him.
Tune into K103 radio tonight (May 12) at midnight for The Diamond in The Rough: The De La Soul Eulogy
