I LOVE cooking on my BBQs and am in the process of dreaming up the perfect outdoor kitchen. BBQing is an art. A manly art.... Cooking the perfect steak is a challenge for even the best outdoor griller.
These take a lot of the guess work out of grilling steaks, especially if you like Medium-rare & she likes well done..
This sure beats the palm of your thumb technique...
