Barack Obama November 4th Victory Speech (psychology Remix)
It's been a week since the historic moment of Barack Obama's victory to become the 44th President of The United States & his Memorable, Historical speech in Chicago's Grant Park. As people for years to come will recount where they were when Obama was anounced victorious over John McCain, I wanted to try and paint history through the eyes of psychology.
Now I must admit, I feel like an outsider looking in; as a Canadian; but reading blogs, articles & watching reports on TV & online, I have come to realize what I already knew... This is historical.
Barack obama has a tough job ahead of him. But, as a fellow DJ, Z-Trip said; if he get's a third of the stuff he promises done, The US (& the world) will be in a better place.
I have been listening to Barack Obama's November 4th speech for the past week. Its echoes resonating inside me, hoping for the best for our neighbours to the South & anxious to see the day that Bush (aka Yosemite Sam) is out of office. On Thursday, DJ New Money sent me an e-mail of a remix of Common's Be, he made using parts of the speech around the opening song of Common's 6th studio album. (Listen to New Money's Be remix here). It gave me an idea... Why not give the ENTIRE speech a soundtrack...
I have heard some of the most inspirtaional speeches put to music (Most noteworthy being Montreal's DJ Blast remixing some of Malcolm X's speeches) & thought that Barack's words from November 4th deserve the same treatment.
So I present to you, the Barack Obama November 4th victory speech (psychology remix).Download here:

And thank you to Excel, Leslie & Greg for our various political discussions over the past years about Barack, the Clintons, The Bush family...
