After several lengthy delays, Brass Kunckles, Nelly's 5th studio album is available online & in stores. The album features a long list of guests (Akon, Chuck D, Ciara, Keri Hilson, Rick Ross, , T.I. & Usher to name a few..) & after a few listens does not disappoint. Solid beats, catchy rhymes... Don't expect the greatest lyrics you have ever heard, as Nelly isn't on anyone's top MC's list, but at least it makes sense and there is some social commentary (check out Self Esteem Feat. Chuck D) Brass Kuckles also features the current hit / shoe anthem, Stepped on My J'z Feat. Jermaine Dupri & Ciara.
So after almost 18 months of requests, psychology FINALLY hit the studio, dug through some vinyl & put together a musical hourney through the hit filled career of St. Louis' Nelly.
Airing tonight at midnight, Sept. 18th on the airwaves of K103; The Diamond In The Rough: The Nelly Session.
